Lyn's Smoked Trout Pate

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams Smoked Trout
  • 200 grams Cream Cheese
  • 125 grams Sour Cream
  • 1 Spring Onion Finely chopped
  • Lemon juice and zest Optional

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Include a little lemon zest and juice if you prefer.
  2. You can eat straight away but it's better if you leave in the fridge for an hour (for flavours to develop) then serve with your favourite crackers.
