Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams Dried chillies Soaked 5 minutes in warm water
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Caraway seeds Toasted
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds Toasted

Method
 

  1. Drain chillies. Place all ingredients into a food processor & process until smooth.
  2. Cover with a thin film of oil & refrigerate. Lasts about 3 months. Makes 1¾ cups.
