Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 Limes, juiced
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 Pinch chilli flakes or powder optional
  • Salt and pepper to yaste

Method
 

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. Adjust seasoning to taste. Leave in the fridge for half to an hour to allow the garlic and onion to mellow. Stir again before eating.
