Method
- Heat oven to 180℃
- Place the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook until slightly thickened.
- Meanwhile, coat the chicken drumsticks in a little oil and place in a roasting tray in the oven. Cook until almost done, turning once so they are evenly browned.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and return to the oven. Cook until chicken is done and sauce has become thick and sticky.
- Serve with rice and chopped greens scattered over. If you like it hot include sliced chilli.
