Straight from the Tongaririo river and into Roy's smoker. Trout doesn't get better.

Lyn’s Smoked Trout Pate

Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Smoked Trout
  • 200 grams Cream Cheese
  • 125 grams Sour Cream
  • 1 Spring Onion Finely chopped
  • Lemon juice and zest Optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Include a little lemon zest and juice if you prefer.
  • You can eat straight away but it’s better if you leave in the fridge for an hour (for flavours to develop) then serve with your favourite crackers.
