
Lyn’s Smoked Trout Pate
Ingredients
- 300 grams Smoked Trout
- 200 grams Cream Cheese
- 125 grams Sour Cream
- 1 Spring Onion Finely chopped
- Lemon juice and zest Optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Include a little lemon zest and juice if you prefer.
- You can eat straight away but it’s better if you leave in the fridge for an hour (for flavours to develop) then serve with your favourite crackers.
