
Harissa
Ingredients
- 100 grams Dried chillies Soaked 5 minutes in warm water
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Caraway seeds Toasted
- 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds Toasted
Instructions
- Drain chillies. Place all ingredients into a food processor & process until smooth.
- Cover with a thin film of oil & refrigerate. Lasts about 3 months. Makes 1¾ cups.
