
Spicy Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 clove Garlic Finely sliced
- 1 Chilli Finely chopped
- 4-5 cups Cabbage Sliced to your liking
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- Coriander To garnish
Instructions
- Heat peanut oil in a frypan or wok until hot. Add seeds until they start to pop. Add garlic and chilli for 10 sec. Add cabbage and toss briefly until starting to wilt but still very crunchy (10-15 seconds). Squeeze over lemon juice and rice wine vinegar. Add freshly ground salt and pepper to taste and garnish with coriander.
